I had to exchange my order for a different size, and as someone who doesn’t love chasing down updates, the process was a bit frustrating. The replacement did show up eventually, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once. Customer service was polite, which I appreciated, but they weren’t exactly quick. It all worked out in the end, but I do think the exchange process could be smoother

"Super easy support experience"
I had a quick question about my order on blacktie and figured I’d probably be waiting a day or two for a reply. But they got back to me fast and actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. They also helped fix a small issue with my details, and it was all handled without turning into a whole thing. it was nice dealing with support that felt like real people.

I’ll be honest, I don’t usually trust customer service or billing departments to get things right, especially after an order change. I was expecting some random charge or mystery fee to pop up, but the total matched exactly what I had figured it would be.
I also got a small refund back, and it was correct down to the cent. It took a few days, which seems normal, but I didn’t have to keep calling or chasing anyone, which was a nice surprise.

As someone who really notices packaging and first impressions, I was happy with this. The box arrived clean with no dents, and everything inside was folded neatly. It felt nice to open, like a little extra care went into it. No complaints from me.

Keeping everyone’s sizes and pickup details organized was simple, and whenever we had changes, the team got back to us fast. "Musty smell and not clean"
I don’t think most customers would be happy with this. The suit had a musty smell and there were spots on it, so it felt gross to wear. I expected it to be cleaned better before being sent out

"Good value for the price"
I ended up using blacktie mainly because the price was better than a few other sites I looked at. I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy, but it worked out fine and felt like I got my money’s worth, maybe even a little more. I’m guessing they keep things simple to keep the cost down, but who knows. Either way, for what I paid, I’m happy with it. No major complaints, just straightforward and good value

I had a showroom appointment it went really smoothly. The guy helping me was friendly and didn’t rush me at all (which I really appreciated). I tried on a few sizes, got everything figured out quickly, and it was so much easier than trying to guess online. I’d definitely use blacktie.com again.

"I Always Knew Where My Package Was"
I placed my order and expected to keep checking the tracking page over and over, but the updates made it really easy. I started getting clear shipping texts right away, and each one let me know exactly where my package was and when it was moving along. It was nice not having to guess or wonder if it was stuck somewhere. By the time it arrived, I felt like I’d been kept in the loop the whole way.
